Anthony Rodriguez

Founding Partner · CEO

Anthony Rodriguez began his career on the trading floor at Goldman Sachs and BlueCrest Capital, before transitioning to executive recruiting. Anthony utilizes his industry experience to provide clients with an enhanced experience, acting as a consultant to the institutions and professionals he represents. Anthony has helped negotiate, consult, and close the deals of over 100 professionals across assets and strategies. He is esteemed industry wide for his work with senior stakeholders and portfolio managers, who note his unique style and extremely detailed approach. Anthony has been featured in leading financial publications and serves on several Wall Street committees.

Anthony loves movies, traveling, and spending time with family. He is an avid golfer.

Keith Lambert

Founding Partner · President

Keith Lambert began his career as a commodities broker before transitioning into executive search, where he utilizes his hands-on knowledge and prior industry experience to represent, consult, and place top-tier talent across the financial services industry. Keith has worked closely with multi-manager platforms, market makers, and brokerages, developing a deep understanding of the trading and investment landscape that informs his approach to identifying and placing high-caliber professionals. Keith has been noted by peers to be one of the young superstars of Wall Street recruiting and has helped dozens of high-profile professionals across assets and strategies.

Keith played hockey at Syracuse University and is an avid golfer. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Kieran Paskewitz

Founding Partner · COO

Kieran Paskewitz specializes in the recruitment of quantitative and systematic investment professionals including quantitative researchers, quantitative traders, and portfolio managers across all asset classes. Kieran has substantial experience placing candidates at the most prestigious proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, and market makers across the street. Kieran is revered by institutions and professionals across the quantitative space for his deep-rooted knowledge, extreme focus on detail, and exceptional ability to communicate.

Kieran played football at Hobart. He enjoys both inshore and offshore fishing and golfing.
